This site gives general information about Nick Duncan's web and app development services. Prices shown are "starting at" estimates, not offers. Every project's scope, price, timeline and ownership are set in a written agreement before work begins.

Demos on this site are examples only. No purchases are processed.

Local site offers. Free demos are shown before any payment, and you pay only if you choose to buy ($0 upfront). The founder sale ($199, normally $599) applies to the first 3 clients, ends Oct 31, 2026, and covers a simple 1–3 page starter site with 2 revision rounds. The $29/mo care plan is recommended (first month free). Anything beyond that scope is quoted at regular prices. The first month of optional $29/mo hosting & edits is free and can be cancelled anytime. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies after payment. Every project includes 2 revision rounds; extra rounds are $75 each. Referral rewards are $50 off or one free month per referred business that buys, given as a credit or discount and never as cash. Included extras: Google Business Profile setup help, click-to-call and a booking button. Payment is by PayPal or Zelle invoice. Domains are bought and owned by the client, or the site runs on a free pages.dev address.
